Russians hit an apartment block in Dnipro

Russian occupants hit an apartment building in Dnipropetrovsk as a result of shelling on 14 January, OP deputy head Kyrylo Timoshenko said.
He wrote: "Terrible news from Dnipro. Hit an apartment building.
The multi-storey building is missing at least one entrance, deputy OP head Kirill Timoshenko said.
People who were at home on the festive day are under the rubble. The State Emergency Service and all city services are on the spot.
It is known that a powerful explosion rocked the city around 3.40pm during an air raid.
