In Afghanistan, women have been banned from entering a popular national park

The Taliban have banned women from a popular national in Afghanistan.
This is reported by Sky News.
The Ministry of Vices and Virtues has banned women from visiting the famous Band-e-Amir National Park in Afghanistan. Minister Mohammad Khalid Hanafi attributed the decision to women not observing the correct way to wear the hijab in the park after he visited the region.
Hanafi informed officials and clerics of this probable violation, adding that "women are not compulsory for sightseeing," the report said.
It is noted that the ban adds to the Taliban's list of restrictive measures against women. In particular, last year women were banned from visiting public places, including parks. Girls were also banned from studying at universities, including abroad, and attending high school.
