Ukraine returns four children deported by Russia
Four illegally deported Ukrainian children were returned home.
This was announced by the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, Andriy Yermak.
Important day. We are returning home four Ukrainian children who were earlier illegally deported by Russia. These are three boys - six, three and nine years old, as well as a 17-year-old girl," Yermak wrote in Telegram.
He noted that the return of children took place within the framework of the President's action plan Bring Kids Back UA.
Vladimir Zelensky set the task to return all our children. Working. Russia should be punished for genocide, - added the head of the OP.
Earlier, Human Rights Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets said that Ukraine had managed to find out dozens of places of detention of deported Ukrainian children in Belarus. In total, about 20,000 children from Ukraine are considered deported. At the same time, Russians do everything to prevent them from returning home: they change their names, issue Russian citizenship and other things.
