Ukraine invited the IAEA to refute Russian claims of a "dirty bomb"
"Ukrainian Truth"
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba officially invited the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to send a mission to Ukraine.
On October 23, Russian propaganda media began spreading disinformation that Ukraine was preparing to "detonate a dirty nuclear bomb" on its territory in order to accuse Russia of using weapons of mass destruction.
Dmitry Kuleba on his Twitter asks the IAEA mission to dispel the lies of the Russian Federation about the alleged development of a “dirty bomb” in Ukraine.
In turn, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov demanded compliance with the paragraph of the Budapest Memorandum because of the "thoughts of the Russian Federation" about the "dirty bomb".
Reznikov wrote on Sunday, October 23, writing:
The world must respond to Russia's nuclear blackmail. We demand compliance with clause 4 of the Budapest Memorandum.
