UK MoD identifies 'weak spot' for rashists near Kreminna
The Russian occupants' defence near Kremenna will be undermined if the Ukrainian Armed Forces take control of the R-66 highway.
This was reported in a British intelligence summary.
Intelligence officials say Russian and Ukrainian forces have likely been fighting over the past five days for control of the P66 motorway just north of the Russian-held town of Kremenna, Luhansk Region.
Route P66 is a key supply route for the northern section of the Russian front in the Donbass from Russia's Belgorod region.
Its use has been interrupted by Ukrainian artillery since October, but if Ukraine were able to secure this route, it would probably further undermine the Russian defence of Kreminna.
