U.S. won't lift ban on hitting deep into Russian Federation after Okhmatdet strike


A Russian strike on a children's hospital in Kyiv will not change US policy on banning strikes on Russian airfields.
The United States will not lift restrictions on strikes deep into Russian territory after the attack on the Okhmetdet children's hospital in Kyiv. This was stated by White House spokesman John Kirby at a briefing on 8 July.
When asked whether the US plans to loosen restrictions after the Russian strike on the Okhmatdet children's hospital in Kyiv, Kirby answered in the negative.
US policy has not changed. Ukraine can continue to use US weapons for strikes near the border with Russia," Kirby said.
Earlier Socialportal reported that the troops of the Russian Federation on 8 July launched a missile strike on Kyiv, there is a hit in the children's hospital Okhmatdet.
