Tomorrow you can listen to a symphony concert at Kiev's Central Station - an action in support of Ukrainians

Kiev residents are invited to warm up with classical music.
the first concert of the Ukrainian-American solidarity project "Cold winter-2026: Kiev and Seattle together" will be held on 13 February at 18:00 at the point of indestructibility of the Central Railway Station in Kiev.
This is reported by the organisers.
The project provides a series of classical concerts for Kiev, Kiev citizens in points of indestructibility, which will be held until the end of February.
Ukrainian and American classical music will be performed by the Kyiv Classical Orchestra under the direction of the UNESCO Artist for Peace, People's Artist of Ukraine Herman Makarenko.
The aim of the project is to demonstrate solidarity and express support to Kyiv residents who have been left without heat and light due to Russian shelling.
As explained by Silke Johnston, CEO of The Humanity Funds, the idea of the project is to show the solidarity of American citizens with Ukrainians, to support them in difficult times, to warm them with music during the worst winter of this war.
When everything else is taken away - warmth, security, confidence - music brings back the most important thing: humanity. These concerts are about solidarity with Ukrainians and a simple message: you are not alone, we are together," emphasised the Director of The Humanity Funds.
As UNESCO Artist for Peace, Head of the Kyiv-Classic Orchestra Gherman Makarenko noted German Makarenko noted that this is not the first cooperation with The Humanity Funds; the musicians are grateful to the Fund for supporting the warring Ukraine and therefore immediately responded to this initiative.
The project is organised by The Humanity Funds and the Kyiv-Classic Orchestra.
