A woman and her children moved from Kiev to the village, thinking that it would be calmer here.

The head of the Kiev regional military administration, Mykola Kalashnik, has said that a young woman and two children were killed in the village of PogrebyBrovarskyi district of Kiev Region as a result of a Russian attack, Radio Liberty has reported.

The terrorist country killed a young woman born in 1987, a six-month-old baby and a twelve-year-old girl in the village of Pogreby in Brovary district. Their bodies were found at the scene of a fire in a private house, - stated in the message.

Later, the head of the Kyiv OVA also reported the death of a young man:

Unfortunately, the terrorist country took another life. In Brovary district, a man born in 1987 was fatally wounded by shrapnel.

The publication communicated with fellow villagers of the victims.

There directly hit the house, the fire started ... I ran there, I was called, - said a local resident of the village of Pogreby in Kiev region in a comment to Radio Liberty about the night attack and an attempt to help the victims.

Antonina Zaichenko, born in 1987, her daughter Adelina, who was six months old, and her 12-year-old niece Anastasia were killed in the house, the village head of Zazimsky village council specified.

Another neighbour, Vasyl, said that the family moved there from Kiev because they thought it would be calmer in the village.

They started living here. Here, they say, it is calmer. But it didn't happen as they thought, - Vasyl shared.
