The World Bank allocated the first investments for the Ukrainian economy since the beginning of the war

The structure, which is part of the World Bank, allocated $30 million.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy.
The International Finance Corporation (IFC), which is part of the World Bank structure, allocated $30 million. They will go to investments in Ukraine and Moldova.
The agency noted that the funds will be channeled through a $200 million trust fund managed by the US-Ukrainian investment company Horizon Capital.
The money will be allocated, first of all, to fast-growing technologies, as well as export-oriented companies.
The Ministry of Economy explained that the specifics of Horizon Capital's work is that the company usually invests about $10-30 million in companies worth about $50-150 million.
Such investments should send a positive signal to other investors.
