The use of anti-drone guns was demonstrated in the State Security Service of Ukraine (SPSU)

Ukrainian border guards are actively using anti-drone guns and means of detecting and issuing radar information on aerial objects. The corresponding video was published by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

Antidrone means used by border guards are portable devices for electronic warfare against unmanned aerial vehicles, - border guards reported.

They are designed to disable small and medium-sized unmanned aircraft by blocking communication and satellite navigation systems with the help of electromagnetic pulse.

It is noted that all the devices are simple enough to master. Directional antennas send a pulse "shot" and disarm the drone, which loses communication with the operator's console.

All detection and countermeasures complexes have successfully passed the relevant international authorisation tests.

The systems are equipped with radio modules of common control frequencies that operate only in the selected range and do not interfere with the operation of their drones.
