The Russian tugboat "Saturn" was destroyed by special forces of the State Security Service of Ukraine in Crimea

In Crimea, special forces of the GUR destroyed the Russian tugboat Saturn on the night of 6 June. This was reported by the Defence Ministry's Main Intelligence Directorate(GUR).

"Saturn" will no longer sail - special forces of the GUR destroyed the Russian tugboat, - stated in the message.

It is reported that on 6 June the special unit of the 9th Department of the GUR of the Ministry of Defence near the coast of the temporarily occupied Crimea successfully struck a blow to the Russian raid tugboat of project 498 "Saturn" or "Protei".

As a result of the operation, another vessel of the Russian occupants was destroyed in the waters of Lake Panskoe.

The defeat of the tugboat was made after the successful breakthrough of the line of defensive barriers of the Russian troops in the waters of the Black Sea.

Earlier Socialportal reported that at the Kerch ferry crossing debris of a downed missile hit the Russian pilot boat "Mechta".
