The record for shooting down Shaheds

On the night of 31 July 2024, the enemy attacked Kyivshchyna with 89 Shahed attack UAVs

In addition, the enemy used one X-59 guided aircraft missile, which was launched from the airspace of the occupied Kherson region. The missile's target was Mykolaiv, the missile was also shot down by air defence forces.

According to Mykola Oleshchuk, this is one of the most massive attacks by Shahed-131/136 strike UAVs. The same number of "Shaheds" was used by the enemy on New Year's Eve on 1 January 2024.
