The plan to win the war is fully prepared - Zelensky

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this in his evening video address on 18 September.

Today we can already say that our Victory Plan has been fully prepared - all the points, all the key accents, the necessary annexes with details to the Plan have been determined. Everything has been worked out. The most important thing now is the determination to implement it," Zelensky said.

The President stressed the impossibility of any alternative to peace and no freezing of the war, which "will simply transfer Russian aggression to another stage."

We need reliable and lasting security for Ukraine, and thus for the whole of Europe. It is for the sake of this that we are working, - added the head of state.

Earlier Zelensky reported that the War Victory Plan includes military, political, diplomatic and economic steps necessary to strengthen Ukraine's position and bring a just peace closer. It was planned that this strategic plan would be presented to the allied countries.
