The AFU Ground Forces actively contribute to the fight against corruption in the mobilisation system by cooperating with law enforcement agencies to punish violators.

This was reported by the commander of the Ground Forces, Lieutenant-General Oleksandr Pavlyuk. He stressed that only zero tolerance to corruption would allow eliminating abuses in the troop recruitment system.

According to Pavlyuk, in recent months the command has established effective cooperation with law enforcers, which has led to the identification and punishment of those involved in corruption during mobilisation. This includes high-profile detentions taking place with the assistance of the Ground Forces.

An example of successful operations was the exposure of a corruption scheme in the Goloseevsky district TCC in Kyiv, where three officials and three civilians helped men avoid mobilisation for bribes. As part of the searches, $1.2 million in cash was seized from them, as well as documents confirming their involvement in illegal activities.
