TheGeneral Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in its morning report on the situation on the frontline as of 17 October reported four strikes on areas where Russian personnel, weapons and military equipment were concentrated. As well as the defeat of two helicopters on landing pads, an ammunition depot and an artillery facility of the Russians by missile forces units.
The successful strikes were reported in the morning by the Strategic Communications Department of the AFU.
The mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fyodorov, has posted a video on the web this morning of Ukrainian forces striking an airfield in Berdyansk. The footage shows loud sounds of explosions, red flames and flights of what are probably enemy missiles.
