Mobile firing groups use off-road vehicles adapted to combat conditions, mainly pickup trucks, or armoured combat vehicles as a wheelbase. This enables the fighters to reach hard-to-reach positions.
Border guards in mobile firing groups are constantly improving and learning to use modern air defence systems. The lives of Ukrainians and the preservation of critical infrastructure depend on their successful work.
Mobile firing groups of border guards are formed in different directions, including on the border with the aggressor country, - said the press secretary of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Andriy Demchenko.
As an example of effective work of border guards, he named the recent shooting down of two Shahed drones by border guards in Sumshchyna and noted that during October border guards destroyed up to a dozen enemy "shaheds".
