The Pentagon has signed a contract with Starlink to provide services for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Pentagon spokesman General Pat Ryder said this during a briefing.
We have publicly acknowledged that we are contracting with Starlink for services to support Ukraine, but, as we also stated earlier, for operational security reasons due to the critical nature of these systems, we simply will not be able to provide additional information about specific capabilities or details of these services," Pat Ryder said.
Recall, Ilon Musk provided Ukraine with access to the Internet Starlink for civil and military purposes at the end of February 2022. The first batches of Starlink terminals appeared in Ukraine in March 2022.
