- It has been revealed whether this year's Book Arsenal will take place

Despite the war, Kyiv will host the International Book Arsenal Festival 2023. It will run from 22 to 25 June.
This is announced on the festival website.
The organisers promise to provide visitors with a comfortable and safe space.
The structure of this year's festival will remain unchanged and will consist of two elements: a programme part and a book fair with corresponding thematic sections.
However, the organisation of the book fair will change. If previously the Arsenal featured various Ukrainian publishers, this year it will feature local Kyiv bookstores. In particular, the bookstores "Smysl", "Book Lion", "Zakopelok" etc.
Details and the festival program will be revealed by the organizers in due course.
To recap, Book Arsenal was founded in 2011. The festival was held annually, except for the years 2020 and 2022.
