How much time Azovstal needs to recover has been revealed

After the war, Mariupol plans to rebuild Azovstal and Ilyich Iron and Steel Works using new technologies.
Metinvest Group CEO Yuriy Ryzhenkov told this to FAQ talks.
According to him, Azovstal is severely damaged, so recovery may take several years.
Unfortunately, what we see in photos and videos looks like serious damage. However, I do not give up hope that we will be able to resume some production at Azovstal. When the Ukrainian military liberates Mariupol, when we get there, we will see what we can do about it," Ryzhenkov said.
He added that the resumption of the plants will be done using new "green" technologies. Such restoration requires more time than building from scratch, so it may take three to five years.
Earlier Sotsportal wrote that the construction of a new hydropower plant to replace the Kakhovka hydroelectric plant, which was destroyed by the occupants, will cost about $1 billion. And it will take at least 5 years to restore the dam.
