According to US journalists, China's special envoy for Eurasian affairs, Li Hui, will arrive in Ukraine next week. The purpose of his visit is to "promote peace talks".
In addition to Ukraine, the Chinese representative may also visit Ukraine, Poland, France, Germany and Russia.
The Chinese Foreign Ministry said that the visit of the Chinese representative should show that China is on the side of peace and is ready to facilitate negotiations.
