In just three and a half months of full-scale war, 815 children suffered



It is reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine. In total, 815 children suffered from hostilities in three and a half months. 288 died. Another 527 were injured.

The Prosecutor General's Office clarifies that these figures are not final. After all, the work to identify the victims is still ongoing in the places of active hostilities, in the temporarily occupied and liberated territories.

Most of the children suffered in the Donetsk region - 218, Kharkiv - 166, Kyiv - 116, Chernihiv - 68, Lugansk - 54, Kherson - 52, Mykolaiv - 48, Zaporizhzhya - 30 and Sumy - 17.

In addition, 1971 educational institutions were damaged due to bombing and shelling by the armed forces of the Russian Federation. Of these, 194 were completely destroyed.
