Shoigu ordered the Russian army to intensify hostilities

Shoigu inspected the groups of troops "South" and "Center"
Shoigu gave instructions on building up the actions of military groups in all directions in Ukraine. It is reported by RIA Novosti.
At the same time, Shoigu heard reports from the commanders of the South and Center groups and other military leaders.
In turn, the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine in 2005-2010, Army General Mykola Malomuzh, in an interview with Obozrevatel said that Russian President Vladimir Putin intends to continue the "special operation" in Ukraine. He plans to strengthen the military potential, a new wave of mobilization, the complete capture of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, as well as the south of Ukraine.
According to him, Moscow has actually put forward an ultimatum to Kyiv: either Zelensky agrees to negotiations on Putin’s terms, or the Russian Federation launches a large-scale offensive in key areas.
The Russian Federation is now trying to continue the strategic offensive operation, the task has been set to finally capture the Luhansk region - there are several settlements left there. The next stage is the Donetsk region, the city of Seversk, Slavyansk, Bakhmut, Kramatorsk. The main efforts are concentrated there, - said Malomuzh.
According to him, Russia has a very large shortage of personnel. No wonder the Federation Council and the State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted new decisions to strengthen the military potential of the occupiers: the transition of the economy to a military footing, possibly expanding the list of grounds for mobilizing certain categories of citizens.
The terms of these negotiations have already been announced in Russia: the recognition of the Donetsk and Luhansk "republics", which they intend to completely capture, then "demilitarization" and non-joining NATO, and the third - the status quo regarding the occupied territories that Russia now controls: Kherson, Zaporozhye, Kharkov region, - Malomuzh is sure.
According to him, as pressure on official Kyiv, Russia uses, in particular, massive missile strikes on the cities of our country.
