Shelling of a sports school in Kharkiv: reported on the condition of the injured children

In Saltovskyy district of Kharkiv, four children at the stadium of a sports school were injured as a result of Russian shelling. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv OVA, Oleh Sinegubov, on 9 May.

The hit occurred on 8 May in the stadium of the sports school, where children were at that time.

As a result of the shelling, the school building and apartment buildings were damaged.

7 people were injured, among them 4 children:

• 15-year-old guy in intensive care, stable heavy, surgical treatment of wounds was performed;
• 14-year-old boy - serious, stable, transferred from the operating theatre to intensive care:
• 14-year-old guy - in intensive care, debris removed, surgery performed, doctors are trying to save the limb;
• an 8-year-old girl received superficial trauma, condition of average severity. She was discharged for outpatient treatment.

Also, about 15 settlements of Kharkiv region - Petropavlovka, Stepnaya Novoselovka, Berestovoye and others - were subjected to artillery and mortar strikes of the enemy.

The settlements of Bely Kolodets, Staryi Saltov, Lukyantsi were subjected to aerial bombardment.

Earlier Socialportal reported that the first underground school in Ukraine received permission to start work in Kharkiv. Until September in the city may appear at least three more underground schools.

The evacuation plan from Kharkiv is constantly updated, but at the moment there is no reason to use it, said Oleg Sinegubov. According to him, in the east, the enemy has resumed active assault operations, and in the north - creates a certain grouping of troops.

Despite this evacuation from Kharkiv is not planned. Sinegubov noted that there were no grounds for this - there were clear criteria for announcing the evacuation.
