SBU: Russians involve children in fake miniseries in Ukraine
The Russian special services have set up Internet communities in which they recruit children from different regions of Ukraine for subversive activities. Most often, minors sent untrue information about the bombing of Ukrainian infrastructure.

This is how the SBU blocked the criminal actions of a teenage group involved in a series of anonymous reports on pseudo-minimizations in the capital and other regions of Ukraine," it said.
It has become known that in October last year, a group of teenagers simultaneously reported fake mines at 14 local courts.
It is assumed that the criminal activities of the group members were remotely coordinated by representatives of the Russian secret service. And it was at their direction that teenagers periodically sent fake reports of "mines" to e-mail addresses of state institutions.
This way the enemy tried to undermine the internal situation in Ukraine," the SBU said.
It was established that the messages were sent on behalf of outsiders and using special computer programmes to hide their location.
As a result of the investigation, SBU officers exposed the group's organizer. He was an underage resident of Chernihiv Region.
The offender had contact with a representative of the Russian secret service, who contacted the teenager via messenger and set him a task.
During a search of the pseudominer's residence address, a mobile phone and a computer with evidence of illegal activities and communication with the aggressor were found.
Within the framework of criminal proceedings initiated under part 2 of article 259 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (deliberately false information about preparation of an explosion, arson or other actions that threaten to kill people or have other grave consequences) investigative actions are continuing. The article provides for a penalty of up to 8 years in prison.
