SBU and National Police exposed anti-Ukrainian activities of the AllatRa sect

The SBU together with the National Police have neutralised the international criminal pseudo-religious organisation AllatRa.
In Kiev and other regions of Ukraine, a multi-stage special operation has blocked the subversive activities of more than 20 cells of the AllatRa sect, which operated in favour of the Russian security services, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has said. This is reported by the SBU.
Under the guise of "missionary work" the participants of the religious sect justified the armed aggression of the Russian Federation and publicly promoted the Kremlin's idea of creating a "union of Slavic peoples" under the leadership of Moscow," the report said.
The defendants organised a clear hierarchical structure and their own "representative offices" in each regional centre of Ukraine. These cells of"AllatRa" massively encouraged local residents to join the sect and spread the Kremlin's ideas.
TheAllatRa organisers launched a network of their own media and internet resources, telegram channels and pages on the social network TikTok. There they published propaganda messages and videos, promoting pro-Kremlin narratives through the ideas of the so-called 'creative society'," the SBU said.
During the investigation, irrefutable evidence of the guilt of the leadership and active participants ofAllatRa was obtained.
According to the investigation, the leaders of the sect illegally travelled abroad in the spring of 2022, using forged documents on removal from military registration. While in one of the European countries, they remotely continued to lead the sect in Ukraine.
During the period of its existence, the pro-Russian sect created its own "branches" in the territory of the Russian Federation, Belarus and several other countries in Europe, Central Asia and the United States.
The leadership and participants of "AllatRa" are being prepared to report on suspicion under the following articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
- ч. 1, part 2 of article 111 (high treason);
- art. 255 (creation, management of or participation in a criminal association or criminal organisation);
- art. 436-1 (propaganda of a communist totalitarian regime);
- art. 436-2 (justification, recognition as lawful, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).
The perpetrators face up to 15 years or life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
