Due to the bad weather that raged in the temporarily occupied territories, hundreds of settlements were left without electricity. However, the Russian invaders are unable to eliminate the consequences of the elements and help the locals.

The reason for this was a shortage of personnel, the Centre for National Resistance has reported.

In the temporarily occupied territories, the occupants cannot cope with the consequences of bad weather because of a shortage of personnel," the Centre for National Resistance said.

According to the CNR, the staff shortage is caused by the occupation of the region, as many local residents have either left or refuse to cooperate with the enemy.

Thus, hundreds of temporarily occupied settlements remain without electricity due to bad weather. And not all of them have been restored, because there are no power engineers, and the State Emergency Service is understaffed.

We shall remind you that on 26 November the weatherin Ukraine significantly worsened. Due to snowfall, ice and strong wind, traffic on the roads is difficult. The most difficult situation is in Odessa Region, where several people died as a result of the weather.
