Russians hit a residential building in Kharkiv, there are casualties among the population

The head of the Kharkiv regional state administration Oleg Sinegubov reported about 19 injured as a result of the Russian strike on the city. Among them is a six-month-old baby.

President Vladimir Zelensky also commented on the Russian attack on Kharkiv.
