Russian tg channels report explosions in Belgorod city centre
There were explosions in the centre of Belgorod.
Local tg-channels reported the deaths of local residents and the wounded.
The head of Bryansk Region, Aleksandr Bogomaz, said that explosions were also heard in the villages of Kister and Borshchevo in Pogarsky District.
