Russian special services are preparing a new IPSO for 15 million dollars

The Defence Ministry's Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) has reported that Russian special services are preparing another information and psychological special operation (IPSO) aimed at discrediting Ukraine's military leadership. This was reported by the GUR on 7 June.

The Russian Federation has allocated 15m dollars for the implementation of a new large-scale information campaign against Ukraine.

The Russian security services have already received instructions to organise the paid production and distribution of relevant materials in the media space of Ukraine and Western countries, the GUR reported.

We are talking about a number of articles and films, in which, in particular, it is planned to disclose the data of employees of the Defence Ministry's GUR who coordinate the combat work of special units of the Ukrainian Defence Forces.

The purpose of the Russian Federation's next information attack is to:

• discrediting Ukrainian combat special units, their officers and employees;
• blocking the work of agencies that develop and carry out combat and special tasks against Moscow;
• creation of another factor of public tension in Ukraine.

Earlier, Socialportal reported that the Russian Federation was sending mass e-mails to Ukrainians to sow panic.
