Russian Federation continues shelling of Selidovo: hits on hospital and mine

Russian troops again shelled Selidove, Donetsk Region, with S-300 missiles on the evening of 20 November. A hospital and a mine came under attack. This was reported by the head of the Interior Ministry, Ihor Klymenko.

The first two missiles at about 23:30 hit the territory of the hospital in the town of Selidovo. 2 buildings of the medical institution were damaged, 6 civilians were injured. There may be victims under the rubble, so search operations continue, - stated in the message.

A few minutes after that, the occupiers launched two more missile strikes on the mine. One worker of the enterprise was killed.

Klimenko specified that 4 buildings, 19 vehicles, power lines were damaged. 39 miners were blocked underground. As of now, all miners have been raised to the surface.

In the Donetsk regional Prosecutor's office records the consequences of the rocket shelling of Selidovo.

According to the investigation, on 20 November 2023, at 23:35, the Russian army hit the town of Selidovo, probably from a S-300 missile system. The target was the town hospital where people were being treated. As a result of the shelling, 8 citizens received contusions and shrapnel wounds, and one was killed," the prosecutor's office said.

Also, enemy missiles hit an enterprise located on the territory of Novohrodovska territorial community. A 63-year-old worker, who was in one of the premises, died from the injuries.

The buildings of the medical centre and the enterprise were significantly damaged by the missiles, and vehicles were damaged.
