Russian aggression killed 575 children - Lubinets

This was reported by the Ukrainian parliamentary commissioner for human rights , Dmytro Lubinets.

At a meeting with a delegation of the German Bundestag, Lubinets said that Ukrainians were suffering and dying every day because of Russian aggression.

Officially, 1,609 children have been injured and 575 have been killed. The real figures may be even scarier, because we do not have access to data from Ukraine's VOT," the Ombudsman said.

Russia continues to cynically violate the Geneva Conventions on the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War and the Treatment of Prisoners of War.

Earlier, Socialportal reported that about 40 per cent of those returned from captivity were considered missing under special circumstances and were not confirmed by the International Committee of the Red Cross.
