Russia threatens to respond to EU's use of rossassets in Ukraine's favour

Russia has said that it plans to confiscate assets belonging to "unfriendly countries" in favour of the budget. This was stated by the head of the Russian State Duma, Vyacheslav Voloshin, in his Telegram channel.
