Russia raises payments for participation in war only until 31 December

Because of this, there has been a significant increase in contracting payments
Interestingly, the federal part of the payments is scheduled to be raised only until 31 December 2024. It is quite likely that Putin, expecting Trump to come to power, is preparing to freeze the conflict. In this regard, he is trying to seize as much territory as possible, so there are continuous attacks in the Donetsk region, despite the losses.
For this purpose, the Russian army needs replenishments in the range of 30-50 thousand people per month, which has led to a wild increase in the "price per head" - an increase in one-off payments for contracting with the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. On the eve, for ten days in July, 12 regions raised prices. Now the minimum is 800,000 rubles (about $9,000). In Moscow they offer 1.5 million, i.e. $17 thousand.

Regions where the total amount of one-off payments is more than one million roubles or $11,500.
