Russia shelled infrastructure facilities in five regions of Ukraine

On July 28, Russian troops launched rocket attacks on the Kyiv, Chernihiv, Donetsk regions, Kharkiv and Kharkov region, and Mykolaiv.



The head of the Kyiv OVA Oleksiy Kuleba reports that the enemy fired at an infrastructure facility in the Vyshgorod district of the Kyiv region. There is no information about the victims.

More than ten explosions are reported by Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv OVA. Information about the victims is specified.

In the Kharkiv region, Russian troops fired missiles at the city of Chuguev, according to the head of the Kharkiv OVA, Oleh Sinegubov. According to Oleh Sinegubov, there were no preliminary casualties.

Vitaly Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military District, reports massive rocket attacks across the region on the morning of July 28. It is preliminarily known that a school building in one of the city's districts was destroyed due to hitting three rockets. One person was injured. Also, due to the hit of ammunition and its fragments, a yacht club, a warehouse of an agro-industrial enterprise, and outbuildings were hit.

In the Sumy region, Esman and Yunakovskaya communities were shelled. The shelling was carried out from Grado. No casualties or destruction. As reported by the head of the Sumy OVA, Dmitro Zhivitsky.
