Russians shoot up civilian car in Kherson region
The number of children killed by the Russians in Ukraine is rising.
Russians on Saturday, 17 June, in Kherson Region, opened fire on a civilian car in which a father and his underage son were travelling and trying to leave occupied Oleshek. This was reported by the Prosecutor-General's Office.

The prosecutor's office stressed that Russians continue to kill Ukrainian children and, as of the morning of 18 June 2023, 1,515 children have been injured by the occupiers. Also, 489 children were killed and more than 1,026 were injured with varying degrees of severity.
The largest number of children were affected in Donetsk Oblast with 465, Kharkiv Oblast with 284, Kyiv Oblast with 129, Kherson Oblast with 113, Zaporizhzhia Oblast with 91, Mykolaiv Oblast with 89, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast with 81, Chernihiv Oblast with 71 and Luhansk Oblast with 67.
