Russians intend to populate Mariupol with migrants from Russia - CNS

Mariupol has been occupied by Russian invaders since the first days of the war.

The Russian occupiers have drawn up a "development plan" for temporarily occupied Mariupol in Donetsk Region. It envisages an increase in its population by about 300,000 due to migration from the Russian Federation. This was reported by the Centre for National Resistance with reference to a source in the Ukrainian underground, who gained access to the relevant documents of the occupation administration.

As stated in the documents, the city is planned to be populated by Russians by 2035.

For this purpose, Russia has launched a programme of preferential mortgages, and, in addition, the occupiers are bringing to VOT foreign workers and civil servants from depressed regions of Russia," the CNS said.

At the same time, local residents are forcibly deported to the territory of the Russian Federation.

These actions correspond to the signs of genocide under international law. All those involved in the genocide of the Ukrainian nation will be fairly and inevitably punished for this, - the centre said.

We shall remind you that the city has been under occupation for a year and a half.
