The US president urged allies to continue supporting Ukraine.

He also noted that all Putin's arguments about the purpose of the war in Ukraine sound "ridiculous" and cannot be justified by international law.
At the same time, the US leader noted that the war unleashed by Russia affected not only Ukraine and Europe, but also most countries. Both economically and politically.

Biden emphasised that the invasion of one country by another is a world threat, and also stressed that Russia has violated world law and become the first country to start a war since World War II.
