Russia prepares mobilisation in occupied south - CNS
Local residents at the PTO regularly receive summonses.
Russia continues to recruit local residents into its army in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, the National Resistance Centre has said. This is reported by the Centre for National Resistance.
In particular, the Russians are forming a system of military registration of conscripts liable for military duty from residents of the TOT.
The occupiers have created so-called "federal commissariats" in the TOT of Kherson and Zaporizhzhya regions," the CNR points out.
The observers note that the Russians aggressively use local media for war propaganda, and the Russian occupation administrations regularly post notices demanding the local population of conscription age and persons liable for military service to provide personal data and copies of identity documents with subsequent registration for temporary registration in the newly established military commissariats.
The occupants are also actively sending out "invitations" to the local ROA body to be enrolled in the so-called "military registration".
The Centre for National Resistance notes that they are closely monitoring the illegal mobilisation in the occupied Ukrainian territories and record all those involved in illegal actions.
No one involved in the 'mobilisation' will escape punishment," the CNR warned.
The CNS called on people to report mobilisation or other illegal measures of the occupation administrations to the chat-bot.
