Russia is considering drafting an additional 450,000 men into the occupation army.

This was stated by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry, Kyrylo Budanov, in an interview with the Radio Liberty project Crimea.Realii.

Budanov stressed that mobilisation in the Russian Federation had not stopped. Only in the autumn of 2022 in the enemy army was mobilised about 350 thousand people.

Mobilisation in the Russian Federation has never stopped. The fact that last autumn drafted about 350 thousand in total, a little less, but close, everyone somehow thinks that drafted and that's it. No. Conscription goes on every month. It's called "hidden mobilisation". There is such a term. Between 20,000 and 22,000 are called up every month for mobilisation. Now they are considering the option, it's not yet fully resolved, to draft an additional 450 thousand," said the head of the Defence Ministry's GSD.

According to him, the intention to mobilise more people indicates the high losses among the enemy army personnel, which the aggressor is trying to hide.

This leads to the following question: why such a large number, if the losses, as they say, are meagre? Well, here you will see that the truth will be somewhere in the middle," Budanov added.

Earlier Socialportal reported that the occupiers can not cope with the number of wounded military. Trying to hide losses Russians continuously cremate the bodies of the dead. In addition, the GUR noticed that Russian officers began to commit suicide more often.
