RF creates its own analogue of the Crimean Platform

The Russian authorities are concerned about Ukraine's diplomatic successes regarding the de-occupation of Crimea.
Russia, concerned about Ukraine's success in de-occupying Crimea. In response, the Russian authorities decided to create their own analogue of the Crimean Platform and involve their allies, including those from Africa and Latin America, in its work. This is reported by the Centre for National Resistance.
The Ukrainian underground reports that the Russians held a congress of the "International Club of Friends of Crimea" and the Crimean African Business Council within the framework of the Yalta International Economic Forum (YAMEF).
The main purpose of the event was to assure representatives from African and Latin American countries that Russia can meet their grain needs and that they can invest in projects on the territory of the Russian Federation," the report said.
It is noted that within the framework of these discussions the Kremlin is discussing mechanisms to counter international economic sanctions in order to safeguard its business relations with markets dependent on grain supplies.
On the platforms of the forum, Russian businessmen actively imposed co-operation with enterprises on the WTO for African countries. Russians assured representatives of the Global South countries that they would supply them with grain crops, including from agrarian regions of the temporarily occupied part of Ukraine," the report said.
It is noted that the Kremlin is deceptively trying to involve the countries in legitimising the captured territories as constituent parts of the Russian Federation.
We will remind, in Prague, Czech Republic, 24 October held the second parliamentary summit of the international Crimean platform. The summit was attended by about 70 parliamentary delegations from around the world.
The CrimeanPlatform is an international consultation and coordination format initiated by Ukraine, aimed at improving the effectiveness of the international response to the occupation of Crimea, responding to the growing security threats, increasing international pressure on Russia, preventing further human rights violations and protecting the victims of the Russian regime, as well as achieving the main goal - the de-occupation of Crimea and its return to Ukraine.
