Reznikov talks about plans to create a Ukrainian army of reservists, like in Israel
This plan has already been agreed upon between the Ministry of Defense and the prime minister as well as the president of Ukraine.
Ukrainian Defence Minister Oleksiy Reznikov told LIGA.net.
According to Reznikov, Ukraine needs to develop the concept of a reservists' army. They want to take Switzerland and Israel as examples. Each conscript will have to spend a month each year at a training camp to improve his military skills. The plan has already been agreed between the Defence Ministry and the prime minister, as well as the Ukrainian president.
He is convinced that after the future victory over the Russian occupiers, Ukrainians will need to prepare for changes in the legal and behavioral culture of the nation
