Putin drove allegedly over Crimean bridge while driving a car

A propaganda video has appeared on the website of Russia's state-run news agency, RIA Novosti.
In this short video, the Russian president is seen driving a car with a man in the passenger seat answering Putin's questions. RosSMI reported that it is Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, who reports on the progress of the repair work on the bridge after the explosion in October, BBC news reported. Russian TV channels have also circulated the video.
We are driving on the right side. The left side of the bridge, as I understand it, is in working order, but nevertheless it needs to be completed. It has suffered a little bit after all, we need to bring it to an ideal condition," Putin said.
RosSMI reported that the video shows Putin and Khusnullin allegedly driving across the renovated Crimean Bridge, which was badly damaged by an explosion in early October. However, the footage gives no indication of where the video was shot. But there is no doubt that it was published for propaganda purposes - saying that everything is almost normal - to see.
