Half of Polish estate agency clients think about how to safely invest money and where to flee to in case of war.

Poland 's middle class has become actively interested in property in Spain. People are afraid that the war may spread from Ukraine to Poland. This was reported by The Warsaw on 26 March.

According to the publication, the number of Poles who buy housing in Spain has tripled.

A representative of a Warsaw real estate agency told journalists that the interest of Poles in Spanish property began to grow with the outbreak of war in Ukraine, but has recently increased.

The growth over the past two years is evident, but at the beginning of this year it intensified, which is probably due to the news from Ukraine. Increasingly there are reports that war may be coming to us. Half of the clients admit in conversations with us that they think about two things: how to safely invest money and where to flee in case of war, - said a representative of the Warsaw agency, which sells property on the Costa del Sol.

The publication points out that the average flat of 65 square metres is sold in Spain for 160 thousand euros, that is, for a metre will have to pay 2.4 thousand euros. At the same time, the majority of Polish customers expect to buy housing for 150 thousand euros.
