The girl was playing with the fuse of a grenade.
Near Zhytomyr, a one-year-old girl was injured while playing with the fuse of a hand grenade. She was found in the field and brought to the house by a relative of the family. This was reported by the press service of the police of the Zhytomyr region.
The girl received bruises all over her body. She was admitted to a medical facility. Her life is not in danger, doctors say.
According to the conclusions of experts, it was a fuse for a grenade of the UZRGM type, which detonated and injured the child, the police said.
As reported, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine calls on Ukrainians to refrain from visiting the burial sites at Radonitsa.
