The list of communities in the war zone has been supplemented

The list is formed by agreement of the Ministry of Defense on the basis of proposals from the relevant regional, Kyiv city military administrations.

The Ministry of Reintegration has updated the list of territorial communities located in areas where hostilities are taking place, or under temporary occupation, encirclement (blockade) as of July 14. The list included five communities.

The list includes nine regions. These are the territorial communities of Donetsk (66), Kharkiv (51), Dnepropetrovsk (7), Lugansk (37), Zaporozhye (54), Kherson (49), Mykolaiv (25), Sumy (15), Chernihiv (5) regions. In total, there are 313 communities on the list now.

The list is supplemented by two communities in Zaporozhye, one in Mykolaiv, one in Sumy and one in Chernihiv regions.

According to the decision of the Ministry of Reintegration, the list includes those communities that are temporarily occupied territories, territories that are surrounded (blocked), territories where active hostilities continue.

The Cabinet of Ministers has changed the procedure for supporting certain categories of the population that has suffered in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. Assistance will be provided only to residents of areas in the war zone and those whose homes have been destroyed.

Living assistance for these categories of internally displaced persons is provided in the following amounts:

  • for persons with disabilities and children - UAH 3,000;
  • for other persons - UAH 2,000.

In addition, a one-time allowance can also be received by persons who are evacuating from areas of hostilities. Such payments are made by Ukrzaliznytsia. Also, one-time assistance from local authorities is received by persons living in the de-occupied regions.
