Patriarch Kirill told what Russian soldiers are doing on the territory of Ukraine

The patriarch justified the actions of the Russians in a foreign country.
Patriarch Kirill of the Russian Orthodox Church said that the Russian invaders who invaded Ukraine "defend Russia on the battlefield." About it Kirill said in Penza after the consecration of the Spassky Cathedral, writes Radio Liberty .
Our young guys are now defending Russia on the battlefield,” he said.
Kirill said that the Russian military, who invaded a foreign country, is driven by "an inner moral feeling based on the Orthodox faith."
The head of the Russian Orthodox Church said that the priests who "patronize" the Russian military allegedly tell him about the numerous examples of courage and self-sacrifice among them. He also emphasized that they are going to kill Ukrainians, supposedly not because of money, but because of "moral feelings."
Kirill also expressed the opinion that the Western world is now experiencing a "decline of faith", and in Russia new churches are constantly opening, which he called "God's miracle." According to Cyril, temples are being built "to the horror of the Western world."
