Open Cup Pickleball SET 2025: the debut tournament in Kyiv opened a new page in Ukrainian sport

The SET Club in the capital's XPark became the arena for the first-ever Pickleball tournament - the Pickleball SET 2025 Open Cup. The new courts welcomed more than 40 participants, uniting fans of this rapidly gaining popularity of sport.

The tournament was held with the support of the Pickleball Federation of Ukraine, which actively develops Pickleball as an accessible and universal sport for different age and social groups.

Competitions were held in the format of doubles games 2 on 2, without division by age and gender - on the court met all those who are ready to fight for victory and just enjoy the game.

Winners of the Cup:

• Mikhail Radchenko and Stanislav Ordynskiy

• Ivan Zagorodny and Tatiana Svintsova

• Grigory Diezov and Vladislav Babich

The organisers said that this was the atmosphere they wanted to create - open, honest, and sporting. Pickleball, they said, is more than just a game. It is a family and inclusive activity that allows people of different generations and fitness levels to actively spend time together.
