On WOT, Russians open special centres to mobilise minors - CNS
In temporarily occupied Luhansk, Russians are opening a branch of a special training centre to prepare teenagers for service in the Russian army.
This was reported by the Centre for National Resistance.
The director of the organisation, Oleksandr Zaitsev, is personally in charge of opening the special training centre "Warrior" in temporarily occupied Luhansk. Russian State Duma deputy Viktor Vodolatskyy is said to be responsible for this direction.
The organisation is already fulfilling the tasks of the Ministry of Defence in recruiting and preparing young people for further service in the Russian army," the CNS said.
At the special training centre, the occupants will teach the teenagers the basics of shooting, working with UAVs, communication and electronic warfare equipment. According to the plan, the Russians will send children from 14 years old to such training. And from the age of 16 - will be prepared for mobilisation.
The CNS notes that this is a violation of Article 51 of the Geneva Convention.
At the moment, the centre has at its disposal a list of all those involved in the creation of such centres.
