On the basis of pre-trial detention center No. 2 of the city of Kashin, Tver region of Russia, the invaders created a camp for Ukrainian prisoners of war, where they are tortured and beaten.

In the area of Kashin or Kalyazin there is a camp for Ukrainian prisoners of war. There they are tortured, beaten and forced to dance to Russian folk songs like "Katyusha" and the like. All this is called “re-education within the framework of denazification,” the authors of the Telegram channel report.

According to one version, prisoners of war are kept in a pre-trial detention center in the city of Kashin. Once, members of the State Emergency Committee were kept there in 1991, but now the block has been closed “for special purposes”. According to the interlocutor of the channel, about 200 Ukrainian prisoners of war were brought there and even more are expected, the authors of “Close Tver behind me” summed up.
Later, the authors of the Telegram channel confirmed the information about the torture of Ukrainian prisoners of war, referring to several employees of the structures of the Russian penitentiary bodies.
