Occupiers fined two Crimeans for Ukrainian music
Russian invaders have fined two residents of temporarily occupied Crimea for listening to a Ukrainian song.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets.
TheCrimean residents, according to the occupation investigation, publicly listened to the song "Good evening, we are from Ukraine".
According to the occupiers, the title of this song is a "military-patriotic slogan", which quote: "is used in materials aimed at undermining the trust, authority, image of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation"," reported Dmytro Lubinets.
Thus, the Russian-controlled Lenin District Court accused Lenur Khalilov and Dmitry Kamyshantsev of "discrediting" the Russian army (part 1 of article 20.3.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). Both men were fined 40 thousand rubles.
The ombudsman noted that so the occupiers are trying to intimidate Ukrainians on the territory of the temporarily seized peninsula and suppress resistance.
Earlier Socialportal reported that in Sevastopol, the Russians found a pensioner who filmed a video of the strike on the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation. The woman was forced to record a video apologising.
